Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

West salem crossfit is awesome! Trainers are always supportive, and encouraging & offer input even if you’ve been doing this for awhile. I love my posse of early morning athletes! Ive been to several “gyms” and this is by far the best.
Excellent coaching from Josh Moore. He can work with you at whatever level of fitness you’re at. I think he’s a step above the average CrossFit program since he will look out for you to avoid any injury.

Love this box!! I have been going for a couple of years and the workouts are fun and always different. The gym members are friendly and supportive and trainers are excellent!
