Young athletes

Our *Young Athletes Program* is designed to teach functional movements in a FUN and SAFE way with age-appropriate methods for children and teens, ages 6-13. This course also challenges our kids to build their strength, endurance, respect for others, as well as self-preservation. This is essential to setting a child up for success for a path toward a lifetime of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. These classes are separated into two age groups for maximum benefits (Ages 6-9 & 10-13).


Summer is here and so are our summer camps. Much like our Young Athletes classes we’ll be jumping into the world of fitness and fun.
