Hi there! My name is Kelsey Murray and I’m one of the coaches here at CrossFit Salem! I’ve been doing CrossFit since June of 2018 and received my OL1 in March of 2021. I grew up in Colorado (the mountains are my happy place), love to play video games with my partner, and spend time with my cat, Penny.
