Core30 is a 30 minute, instructor led, strength and conditioning class that includes a quick warm up and then around 20 minutes of exercise. We have designed this class as an alternative to the standard one hour CrossFit class. Movements tend to be less technical than CrossFit and more beginner friendly. If you are interested in CrossFit style training but want to start with a less intense version then this class could be an excellent fit. The schedule is limited, however the cost is reduced from a CrossFit membership as well. Please let us know if you have questions.
