If you are looking for accountability and a challenge this is the right fitness option for you. Our 6 week challenge sets goals with you and helps you get there in 6 weeks. There is a deposit required so you will take the challenge seriously and complete the program. You can’t lose (other than a few pounds and some insecurities 🙂

The program:

* Workout a minimum of 2 times a week for 6 weeks
* Follow the nutrition plan (designed for success) 
* Set goals and do before/after testing
* Create healthy habits, meet cool new people, remove fears of working out, have fun!
