Heel balance drill
Standing with toes hanging off of plate perform a squat. Try to keep toes off the ground. Increase the challenge by moving more of the foot off the edge of the plate until it is at mid foot.

Bunny hop around your box

Game
Jump the river
Lay jump ropes through out the gym. Have athletes run around and jump with 2 feet over the ropes. If you touch the rope, stop and do two pushups.
